WRScompass develops and delivers custom Health & Safety training courses. Hundreds of employees have participated in these courses tailored to a customer's specific work environment. WRScompass interviews members of the customer's target audience and tailors the training to the customer's specific needs and circumstances. Courses of instruction include:

- OSHA 8-Hour HAZWOPER Annual Refresher
A customized site safety and health plan is developed for each project, incorporating specific health and safety procedures and addressing the tasks necessary to complete the project safely while meeting all other requirements. At our daily safety meetings we evaluate physical and chemical hazards, as well as any additional equipment and personal protection that may be required.
