He has more than 29 years of experience in program development and marketing in the environmental industry.  He has managed program development and marketing of environmental restoration, consulting services, water resource management and civil construction for both the public and private sectors, and he provides vital market and competitor analyses for the development of WRScompass growth strategies. He was part of the management team that acquired WRS from Westinghouse Electric Corporation in 1997, and he remains a shareholder in the Company.  .
