Mr. Frantz is Executive Vice President of Operations. His primary responsibility is ensuring WRScompass meets the objectives of our customers, as well as WRScompass objectives in the performance of its operations.
With more than a decade of experience in Executive Management, Mr. Frantz led the acquisition of WRS from Westinghouse Electric and served as President and Chief Operating Officer until 2008. He has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, and management of large-scale transportation construction projects. His heavy construction experience includes hands-on management of landfill and roadway excavation operations, roadway and bridge construction operations, and technical design related to construction..
Mr. Frantz received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio State University and is a registered Professional Engineer as well as a Licensed General Contractor in several states. He is a member of various civic and professional organizations, including The Florida Chamber of Commerce, Board of Governors; the Professional Advisory Council of the University of Florida, College of Design, Construction & Planning and the Department of Urban and Regional Planning.
