Safety, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Director
In his role as WRScompass Safety Director, Mr. Nelson leads the organization's accident prevention efforts. Project planning, safety auditing, safety training, exposure assessment, and medical surveillance programs are his areas of expertise.
Mr. Nelson also serves as the Indoor Air Quality Director for WRScompass. He provides product development and service quality oversight to WRScompass professionals engaged in assessing and remediating client indoor air quality concerns.
Mr. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health from the University of Georgia and is both a Certified Industrial Hygienist (www.abih.org) and Certified Hazardous Material Manager (www.ihmm.org). He has over 20 years of practical experience in occupational and environmental health. Mr. Nelson joined WRS in 1989.
